How should — and how can — human judgment and computational intelligence be best combined across business decision processes to improve decision quality, organizational performance, and measurable value amid the uncertainties inherent in modern probabilistic systems?
The Forum opens with an introductory session — its purpose, how it works, and how to get involved going forward. This is the first of the biweekly Wednesday working sessions, and it sets the frame for everything that follows: the central question of how human judgment and artificial intelligence should be combined across business decision processes.
The second session is a concrete practitioner application: Introduction to PRIMMS®, the Forum's first deep dive into a working human–machine decision system built for project management and PMI Infinity™. Participants will be introduced to PRIMMS and invited to beta test it — comparing what the system sees against what experienced practitioners see, and asking whether the combination actually improves decisions and outcomes.
